Help with returns, from the first request to your refund.
30-day return window
To request a return, contact us within 30 days of receiving your items. Ordinary change-of-mind returns may be carefully tried on, but must have no actual wear, pronounced bending or marks, remain in original condition and retain their original packaging.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Obtain return authorization and return instructions before sending your items. Our authorized return address is 7 Lot le Mozart, 30150 Roquemaure, France.
Return shipping costs
If we sent the wrong item, or an item arrives damaged or defective, bsyetstate pays the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping to our company address in France. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and details of the problem so we can help resolve it and provide the appropriate return instructions. The ordinary-return condition and packaging requirements for ordinary returns do not prevent assistance for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Bank posting times may vary. If you have a question about an approved refund, contact us.
